Job Description

Join the prestigious Anesthesiology Team at UVMMC, part of a nationally recognized academic health system. We’re seeking CRNAs and CAAs who are passionate about delivering exceptional anesthesia care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment!

Schedule: Choose from 10, 12, or 13-hour shifts — designed to support life balance and team coverage.

Your Impact 

As a CRNA or CAA at UVMMC, you will: 

  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse patient populations 

  • Participate in individualized anesthesia plan development 

  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams 

  • Contribute to patient-centered care within a leading academic environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • CRNA: BSN or healthcare bachelor’s degree + Master’s/Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification.

  • CAA: Bachelor’s in healthcare + Master’s in Anesthesiologist Assistant, certification required.

  • 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
